Who Should Apply For Building Everyone & Anyone Teachable?
We are looking for individuals who bring skills, education, and experience to the table. Degrees, certifications, and professional experience in areas such as leadership, business, marketing, event planning, nonprofit management, and community engagement are highly valued and encouraged.
However — the most important requirement of all is dedication.
We are seeking people who are:
✅ Dedicated — committed to helping B.E.A.T. grow and succeed.
✅ Passionate — have a heart to serve and empower women in business and life.
✅ Team-Oriented — willing to collaborate and contribute to a positive sisterhood culture.
✅ Accountable — dependable, trustworthy, and consistent in fulfilling responsibilities.
✅ Teachable — open to learning, receiving feedback, and growing with the organization.
If you bring both skill and heart, we’d love to welcome you to the team!
Who SHOULD NOT Apply?
While we understand that life happens and your first obligation is always to your family and personal responsibilities, it’s important to know that serving on a nonprofit board or team can be very demanding at times. We ask that you consider this carefully before applying.
Please do not apply if any of the following describes you:
*You already have a full plate and little margin for new commitments.
*Your life is currently chaotic and you struggle with time management.
*You are habitually late or miss scheduled meetings and events.
*You often have excuses when it comes time to show up or complete tasks.
*You are unable to manage your personal life and business life in a way that allows you to contribute consistently and effectively.
We love and support all our sisters — but in leadership roles, we need women who are ready to show up, do the work, and help B.E.A.T. grow and thrive. If this is not your season to serve in that capacity, it’s okay — we encourage you to stay connected to the sisterhood in other ways.
