Founder
Sherida Hines is a Chicago native and serial entrepreneur who turned humble beginnings on the South Side into a life of purpose and impact. After a pivotal season that led to real change, faith and motherhood became the turning point that reshaped her future. Today, she is the Founder and CEO of B.E.A.T. (Building Everyone & Anyone Teachable), empowering women to become their best selves spiritually, mentally, physically, and financially, and the Founder of Transformations For You, a nonprofit helping troubled youth reclaim their lives. She also owns Transformations Transportation Courier Service, Transformatins Event Planning, Spin Da Block 360 Booths, and Her Private Garden Spa. Sherida’s life is a testimony that your past doesn’t define you, your purpose does.

Yvon Evans, owner of R.A.W Dance Studios, serves as our CFO and Executive Secretary. Known for her unwavering dedication, Yvon’s motto is “she bleeds B.E.A.T.” Her financial expertise and passion for dance make her an invaluable leader within our organization.

Dr. Patricia Sanders, owner of Passionate Pats Nonprofit and Passionate Pats Catering, is a dedicated team leader and executive board member. Her dual expertise in nonprofit management and culinary arts brings a unique and valuable perspective to our organization. Dr. Sanders' passion and leadership are essential to our mission and community impact.

Arisha Delaney, owner of Waisted by Risha, leads our B.E.A.T Midwest chapter with enthusiasm and dedication. As an entrepreneur specializing in waist beads and more, Arisha combines creativity with leadership. Her commitment to empowering women is a cornerstone of our community's success.

Shauntia Vasquez is a dynamic trailblazer who has made an indelible mark within her organization from day one, arriving with passion and a relentless drive to make a difference. As the founder of Mission 007, a nonprofit organization dedicated to keeping Chicago’s youth off the streets and providing them with opportunities for growth and empowerment, Shauntia exemplifies the spirit of leadership and service. Alongside her nonprofit, she also launched 007 Venue, a versatile space designed to support community events and initiatives. Shauntia’s vision, energy, and commitment to her mission inspire those around her to dream bigger and work harder for positive change.
