After a pivotal season that led to real change, faith and motherhood became the turning point that reshaped her future. Today, she is the Founder and CEO of B.E.A.T. (Building Everyone & Anyone Teachable), empowering women to become their best selves spiritually, mentally, physically, and financially, and the Founder of Transformations For You, a nonprofit helping troubled youth reclaim their lives. She also owns Transformations Transportation Courier Service, Transformatins Event Planning, Spin Da Block 360 Booths, and Her Private Garden Spa. Sherida’s life is a testimony that your past doesn’t define you, your purpose does.

Gloria Sanders is a dedicated professional, servant leader, and valued member of B.E.A.T. (Building Everyone & Anyone Teachable). As the Executive Secretary to the Founder, she plays a vital role in providing administrative support, organizational leadership, and assistance with day-to-day operations. With more than a decade of service at Coca-Cola, Gloria has demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence, reliability, and professionalism throughout her career.

In addition to her corporate experience, Gloria has helped build and strengthen several businesses and has successfully written and secured grants for numerous nonprofits and business organizations over the years. Her extensive knowledge, strategic mindset, and heart for service make her an invaluable asset to those she serves. As a compassionate and effective mentor, she is also a natural fit for the ministry side of B.E.A.T., where she uses her wisdom, leadership, and dedication to help others grow and succeed.

Y’Von Evans is a devoted mother, entrepreneur, and a dedicated member of B.E.A.T. (Building Everyone & Anyone Teachable) since 2023. Since joining the organization, she has faithfully worked alongside the Founder, consistently demonstrating commitment, perseverance, and a willingness to serve. Whether the task was simple or demanding, Y’Von has always stepped up to get the job done, making her a trusted and valued part of the B.E.A.T. family.

Y’Von is the owner and instructor of R.A.W. (Rhythm and Worship Dance Studios), where students are trained in various genres of dance while specializing in flag ministry, mime, and praise dance. Her passion for worship, excellence, and developing others shines through both her ministry and business. Known for her unwavering dedication and servant’s heart, Y’Von lives by the motto, “I Bleed B.E.A.T.,” a reflection of her loyalty, passion, and commitment to the vision and mission of the organization.

Dr. Patricia Sanders is a dedicated servant leader, entrepreneur, and valued member of B.E.A.T. (Building Everyone & Anyone Teachable). She is the proud owner of Passionate Pats Catering and a nonprofit organization committed to serving, empowering, and uplifting individuals within the community. Known for her excellence in the kitchen, Dr. Sanders has built a reputation for providing quality service while making a positive impact through her leadership and outreach efforts.

Beyond catering, Dr. Sanders is a creative visionary who designs custom neckties, showcasing her passion for innovation and craftsmanship. Through her businesses, community involvement, and unwavering commitment to helping others succeed, she continues to inspire those around her. Brandy Heard is a dedicated member of B.E.A.T. (Building Everyone & Anyone Teachable), known for her strong work ethic, servant’s heart, and commitment to excellence. She is a devoted mother, a proud city worker serving the Atlanta community, and the owner and operator of Heard It All Cleaning Services. Through her business, she provides professional commercial and residential cleaning services, helping clients maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments. Brandy’s passion for serving others, both professionally and personally, reflects her dedication to growth, leadership, and making a positive impact in her community.

Minister Toma Pitts is a devoted wife, loving mother, and the First Lady of Greater Praise Ministries. With over 20 years of experience in nursing, she has dedicated her life to serving and caring for others both physically and spiritually. Throughout the years, she has faithfully worked alongside various ministries, always carrying a heart of compassion, wisdom, and encouragement.
